1. Service overview

WorkHive is a suite of AI-powered tools for freelancers, sole proprietors and small businesses. The service includes: LegalEye, T&C Analyzer, Doc Generator, CV Tailor, Invoice AI, Brief Decoder, Email Craft, Pitch Deck AI, Legal Watch, Competitor Intel.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the WorkHive service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By signing up on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms without reservation.

3. Plans and pricing

Free€0 / month

2 analyses per month, access to all modules, PDF export

Starter€29 excl. tax / month

50 analyses per month, everything in Free, Word + PDF export, unlimited history

Pro€69 excl. tax / month

Unlimited analyses, everything in Starter, priority support, advanced features

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax. The applicable VAT is the rate in force on the date of the order under French regulations.

WorkHive reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Users will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Payment and billing

Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly by automatic debit through Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Payment is due on the subscription date and renewed automatically each month on the same date.

In case of payment failure, WorkHive reserves the right to suspend account access until the situation is resolved.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date.

However, pursuant to article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply if you started using the service before the end of the withdrawal period and expressly waived this right when subscribing.

6. Termination

6.1 By the user

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area or by contacting support@workhive.tools. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the period already started.

6.2 By WorkHive

WorkHive reserves the right to terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive use of the service, or non-payment.

7. Limitation of liability

WorkHive is an AI-powered assistance tool. The analyses, recommendations and documents generated are provided for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice within the meaning of the French law of 31 December 1971. Users must consult a qualified professional for any important decision.

Users are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the results provided. WorkHive cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.

WorkHive's liability is in any event limited to €100 per incident, or to the amount actually paid by the user during the 3 months preceding the event causing the damage if that amount is higher. For free-plan users, liability is limited to €30 per incident.

WorkHive declines any liability for the use of generated content for professional purposes without prior validation by a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

The content generated by the AI from your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of the documents, analyses and texts produced via WorkHive.

However, the interface, algorithms, design and source code of WorkHive remain the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by copyright.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, GDPR-compliant.

10. Changes to the Terms

WorkHive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial modification with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any judicial recourse. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
